Well we have had quite a few requests for this feature, in case you didn’t notice the title of this post we are talking about the capability of logging daimoku for a specific date. There are many more features to come down the line as we are always working hard to make Daimokuchart.com better and the place to be. Well they are finally finished an now live to help make Daimokuchart a better place to be. If you are not sure what I am talking about, well I been working on a few new features for the past few weeks to help improve Daimokuchart and they are the follow.
Profile Comment Wall: Members can now leave a member a comments of your wisdom on their profile, this feature is something similar to Facebook’s comment wall or Myspace.
Privacy Settomgs : There has been some new privacy settings put into place, so you can have your profile visable to only Daimokuchart.com members or to those of which on Daimokuchart that you friend and they have friended you back. This also applys to any of your content pages such as determination and progress entry pages. Also their is a option to allow your profile comment wall entries to be published right away or have them be published manually by you.
Custom Profile Background Color or Image: Members can now customize their profile and content pages by changing the background color or image to something else other than the site default. There will be more custimization options put into place as time progresses.
Encouragements Reply Options: Members can now reply to encouragements, to add a bit more discussion to Daimokuchart.

Apparently there has been an on going issue with logging in with twitter, we are investigating the issue and shall have a solution soon.
For now you can just use your email address and password you gave when and if you originally created your account with us.
[Update] The problem with the twitter logins has been resolved.

We are experiencing some problems at the datacenter where Daimokuchart.com resides causing our site to be inacessable. The problem is being worked on as I type this, thanks for your patience.

Daimokuchart will be offline for some routine maintenance to our database servers starting at 8pm EST. We hope it won’t take too long but you know routine maintenance can sometimes turn into routine nightmares.

Apparently Twitter is having some issues with their Oauth feature aka their logon with Twitter feature. Because this is a third party service this is beyond our control, from what we read this is only a problem in Internet Explorer. For an immediate work around use Firefox or logon with your Daimokuchart internal logon that you created when first registering with us.

As we get ready to roll out a mobile version of Daimokuchart, which will allow you to log your daimoku and be determined while on the road from the convenience of your mobile phone. We have several other new features scheduled to be rolled out over the next few months. Features of which were suggested by your fellow members of Daimokuchart.
